On My Way Counseling Services

Adulthood isn’t a straight path. I support adolescents and emerging adults—career seekers, high achievers and creatives who are ready to feel more grounded and confident. I also support adults who teach or parent young people as they navigate the challenges of guiding the next generation while trying to prioritize their own wellness.

About

Grounded in Compassion: Psychotherapy for Growth and Healing

I am a Licensed Psychologist with over 24 years of experience. As the child of immigrants, I proudly identify as bicultural—both Caribbean and African-American—which deeply informs my perspective and approach. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural and racial backgrounds, including those who identify as neurodivergent, intellectually gifted, artistically talented, or who carry the impact of childhood trauma. Known for being a non-judgmental listener and calming presence, I support clients as both a therapist and a life guide, helping you identify and achieve what matters most to you. I also provide therapy for educators and parents, offering a supportive space to navigate the unique emotional, professional, and family challenges they face.
